Peer Support

Peer support is a type of encouragement, advice, and emotional help provided by someone who has experienced the problems you are currently experiencing. They have “been there, done that” and can provide a unique perspective from someone who understands what you’re going through.

Our program has 3 components: 1. Housing in a two-year residential community. 2. Wrap-around services addressing physical, emotional, educational, and spiritual needs.; 3. Employment and job skills training in our social justice enterprise.
Our program includes determining the eligibility, nature, and extent of VR services and the provision of employment-focused rehabilitation services.
Provide self-pay, sliding scale counseling services Monday – Friday for children, teens, and adults who live in Shelby County. Also provide info/referral.
The Center for Good Grief provides grief counseling, grief support groups and grief camp programs for children, teens and adults—all free of charge.
