If you are eligible for supportive employment through Vocational Rehabilitation (VR), then you will work closely with a VR Counselor to develop an Individualized Plan for Employment (IPE) which outlines a program of services that leads to successful employment. The types of services provided are based on the needs of the individual and are designed to help the individual to become employable.
