The Pathways office in Dyer County is located in Lexington and offers mobile crisis services, outpatient counseling for behavioral and substance use needs, medication management, case nmanagement services, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and recovery. Many of these services are also available via telehealth. Clients from this office as well as others in the community are also able to participate in Peer Support Services at the Hope Drop-in Center. Pathways is the leading provider of behavioral health services in West Tennessee and serves over 10,000 individuals and families annually. Pathways employs more than 250 full and part time staff members and operates clinical programs at 12 different locations throughout West Tennessee.
