Pathways Behavioral Health – Jackson

As the corporate office of Pathways, the Summar Drive location offers both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services. Inpatient 24-hour services include mobile crisis, walk-in triage center, psychiatric inpatient unit, detoxification unit, and crisis stabilization unit. Outpatient services include individual and family counseling, intensive outpatient groups for children, adolescents, and adults, medication management, case management, homeless outreach, and individual placement and support/employment services. Individual and intensive outpatient counseling for substance use and co-occurring disorders and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and recovery are available. Pathways is the leading provider of behavioral health services in West Tennessee and serves over 10,000 individuals and families annually. Pathways employs more than 250 full and part time staff members and operates clinical programs at 12 different locations throughout West Tennessee.
